You stay the prescriber of record throughout. Steady Sugar gives your patient a structured place to work on the diet and lifestyle side of their condition between visits.

You identify a patient

Anyone with T2D or prediabetes who could use more support than a visit allows. Hand them a card, or mention the program by name.

They self-direct the program

Patients work through the material at their own pace. Optional live group coaching is available for an additional fee.

You stay in the loop

Any medication changes are directed solely by you. Patients bring their labs and progress back to your visits as usual.
